Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Rates
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $30
- Standard shipping (5–10 business days): calculated at checkout for orders under $30
Delivery Issues
Damaged or Defective Items
We take pride in how we package your order, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at andrew@royalguardco.com within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
We'll review your claim within 48 hours and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost — your choice.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first.
If you still can't locate your package, contact us at andrew@royalguardco.com within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to update or cancel your order? Email us at andrew@royalguardco.com as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes before your order ships. Once shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the order.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Note: it is the customer responsibility to provide a viable address and ensure the reception of Royal Guard packages. Lost orders due to incorrect addresses are not refundable.
Orders marked "return to sender" may have their products resent, but will require customer to pay for the shipping.
